It was made by a Russian metalworking company, I think? Most clone atomizers are or less on Fasttech, and the reviews will usually tell you which are the winners, and which you should pass on. If I'm making an order, I'll often add 2-4 clones that look promising, just to try. The best clones are made by a few companies - SXK, Tobeco, YFTK and Kindbright looks promising.
